We are happy to accept orders from Europe, North American, Australasia, and other countries. We ship worldwide!
We ship by Polish Post, Deutsche Post, DHL- all orders from DE will be sent by Deutsche Post/DHL.
The air mails normally take,2-20 days to worldwide. However occasionally to some countries may take 30 days or more, It depends on destinations and other factors.
Please allow up to 48 hours preparation for shipping, although usually item send within 24 hours after payment confirmed (we working Monday-Friday, please remember about different time zones GMT: +1hour).
We will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.

Our shop and stock are in Poland, so if you live in Europe, you don't pay import duties (GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes).

Terms & Policy

Bikestacja offers a No-hassle exchange within 30 days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

1.   We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
2.   The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3.   Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while Vinco-Bike will cover all expense of send out replacement.
4.   Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by Bikestacja customer service) will not be accepted.
5.   Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
6.   Bikestacja does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
7.   Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
